Amy and Jamie's Wedding at Curds Hall Barn, Norfolk
Amy & Jamie’s wedding was my first ever at Curds Hall Barn, and so I was super excited for their day. It began at the Old Coach House down the road, where both Amy and her bridal party, and Jamie and his groom’s party, were getting ready separately. My second shooter Lex Fleming headed for the guys’ side of the house, while I photographed the girls as they were pampered by Stephanie Alexandra Bridal.
After hair and makeup was completed (with a little help from their daughter Lily), Amy was transported on a beautiful horse & carriage to Curds Hall Barn. Their ceremony was super intimate, with only their closest friends and families watching as they said their personalised vows and exchanged rings. Confetti followed soon afterwards, followed by a drinks reception and a few group and couple photos outside.
Back indoors, it was time was afternoon tea and speeches, with Jamie being presented an amazing guitar as a gift from Amy’s dad. After the heartfelt speeches, the guests were treated to a surprise round of crazy golf, which had been set up while they were eating. As the sun began to set, we got some more couple photos, and then it was time for the three first dances: Amy & Jamie, Amy & her dad, and, finally, a beautiful daddy-daughter dance with Lily & Jamie.
Amy and Jamie’s wedding was intimate, emotional and beautiful. They may have only had a small number of guests but the venue was filled with laughter, dancing and happiness – truly stunning. Congratulations, Amy & Jamie!
