Norwich Fashion Week - The Vintage Show
The Norwich Fashion Week Vintage Show took place last night, and I've never been to such a glittery event in my life! The music and styling was disco-themed, so the building had been redecorated with glitter and gold. The lovely Natalie from Curious Fair had added some more details to the VIP photobooth, and was up in the VIP area with her Glitter Table to decorate guests as they came upstairs.
The Vintage Show was sponsored by Zaks Authentic Amercan Diners, and in the VIP area they were providing guests with cocktails and Prosecco.
I photographed the VIP photobooth once again. It was located right next to the Glitter Table, so a lot of the photos are of guests who'd just been glitter-fied!
The layout for the Vintage Show was slightly different: the catwalk was gone, and instead the models made their way through the crowd, posing halfway down each runway and also in front of the photographer's pit. The show culminated with everybody making their way onto the amazingly-decorated stage. It was an awesome show, and I loved the disco soundtrack! Shout out to Kerry Curl (aka Missy Vintage) for organising this one. Here are some of my photos (click to expand).
I have a free evening tonight, as the next show (the Designer's Show) isn't until Tuesday. I'm really excited for the Designer's Show, because it exhibits the work of home-grown, independent Norfolk designers! A few of the designers exhibiting at this show are my friends, so I'm really looking to seeing and photographing their work!
